Our bountiful brunch buffet is an option to the ala carte menu served every Sunday from 11:00am until 2:00pm
Holidays such as Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, New Years Day and others will offer even more temptations and prices vary, please check under the “Dining” page for details about an upcoming holiday brunch offered here at the Waybury, ala carte service is not available

Lunch Menu [PDF]
We serve lunch through the summer months and on request at most any time of the year. We also have lunch boxes to take along if you are planning a hike, fishing or just driving around Vermont.

Pub Menu [PDF]
Our pub is the social epicenter of East Middlebury and is always high in demand, seating is first come, first served, opens at 4:00 daily, we do take reservations for our Club Room just beyond the pub which serves the same menu.

Pine Room Menu [PDF]
Our newly renovated Pine Room offers a little more sofisticated menu for special celebrations or everyday merriment – opens at 5:00 daily.
