Our recently renovated Pine Room provides dinner service between 5 pm and 9 pm each evening. The menu offers fresh Vermont products with an emphasis on using local products whenever possible. We focus on quality, service and hospitality. Our service staff has been trained to anticipate your every need, from an extra side dish to directions to a terrific hiking trail.
A scrumptious brunch is served from 11am to 2 pm each Sunday; choose the fabulous buffet, or select your choice of dishes from our a la carte menu.
On holidays such as Mother’s Day, Easter, Father’s Day, and New Years Day, we will offer even more temptations. Prices vary, so please check under the “Dining” page for details about an upcoming holiday brunch offered here at the Waybury. A la carte service is not available on these days.
