• Classic Eggs Benedict with our own Hollandaise.
• Smoked Salmon Benedict with Dill Béarnaise.
• Tomato Florentine Benedict served with Hollandaise.

The Country Inn’s Griddle - $8.50

• Three Buttermilk Pancakes & breakfast potatoes.
• Waybury Inn French Toast, a fresh baguette sliced and filled with a sweetened cream cheese and fruit filling, lightly battered and grilled.

Waybury’s Lighter Side - $6.50

• Yogurt, Fruit and Granola Parfait, seasonal fruit layered between yogurt, topped with crunchy granola and served with toast.
• Fresh Fruit Plate served with a bowl of Cottage Cheese and toast.
• Oatmeal with dried cranberries, brown sugar and skimmed milk on the side, toast is also included.
• Cereal and Toast. Cereal choices are Granola, Raisin Bran or Chex - $4.50

Breakfast Beverage - $1.25/$1.75

Coffee, Tea, Hot Cider, Hot Chocolate, Milk, Tomato, Orange, Grapefruit or Cranberry Juice.
